What happens after you reach out

1. We talk through the case. Bring the schedule, service area, preferred start date and expected duration. We will discuss whether Oala can help.
2. Oala looks for RBTs who fit. We consider their availability, location and qualifications, and share the opportunity with suitable RBTs.
3. You choose who to bring on. Review the RBTs who have accepted the opportunity and make your selection.
4. We coordinate the remaining steps. Oala works with your team on what is still needed before the selected RBT can start. Your organization confirms its own requirements are complete.

Your case stays with your team

You keep the relationship with the family, employment or engagement of the RBT, clinical supervision, payer relationships and billing.

Oala checks BACB certification through Oala Passport. Your team completes its own onboarding and assignment requirements. The RBT onboarding checklist explains what to confirm before the start date.

Can we arrange coverage for just a day?

Short-term coverage starts at one month. Tell us if you need a set period of coverage or an ongoing placement.

How soon can an RBT start?

That depends on who fits the schedule and area, their start date, and the onboarding still needed. Share your timing with us so we can discuss what may be possible.

Is Oala available in our area?

We are opening with a limited group of ABA providers. Tell us where you need coverage so we can confirm whether we can help. If your market is not active yet, you can join the provider waitlist.
